Glacé was founded by Christopher Elbow, Kansas City’s premier chocolate maker. Before making chocolates, designing unique ice creams as a pastry chef was one of his greatest passions. With the creation of Glacé, Christopher was able to explore this passion and satisfy Kansas City’s craving for ice cream.
